in Our second Installment of Occasus we invited Romanian new comer Dragos Ilici to the decks. from our new home base for the summer. a beautiful rooftop overlooking Gotham City. alongside Brian Best / Zeni Karpuzi / Mark Dumitrescu / Chris Sanabria all of whom with extensive local exposure in the scene.
