Here to get you hot and bothered, 99FVR are taking over Earthly Delights to celebrate 99FVR_003 EP. Dishing the perfect mix of squiggly sizzlers and chuggy rave rips, expect a blend of driving, psychedelic sounds served up by Philly heroes Zillas on Acid, and the wavy combo of Concret b2b Kate Stein. -- Zillas on Acid is Thomas Roland and James Weissinger, the infamous resident DJs for eighteen years and counting at MAKING TIME, Philadelphia's never-ending nightlife institution. Since the 2019 release of their EPs Black Cat (Optimo Music) and She Takes NRG (Ivan Smagghe’s Les Disques de la Mort), the Zillas have been busy building a steady catalog for labels including Dischi Autunno, Inside Out, Microdosing, and more. 99FVR founder, Kate Stein is an Australian producer, DJ and visual artist based in NYC. Her soundscapes span across minimal, chunky acid house, and offbeat psychedelic sounds. Kate describes her style as late-night chill rave, while meticulously crafting spaces with an eye for the elegant and the mischievous. CONCRET is the music project of Diego Angelico Escobar, Italo-Mexican artist and DJ based between Mexico City and New York. His music has been released on various labels including Correspondant, Motordiscs, Toy Tonics as well as on his own label Tráfico Music. His name has become synonymous with the rising underground Latin American music scene, his artistic career has been crossing the barriers between music, sound design and perforative art installations. The Bay Area DIY scene nourished Eugenia’s roots as a DJ: Through performing at deep techno and ambient-centered gatherings in SF and Oakland from 2017, she began to develop a dynamic sound marked with her signature shimmering, whimsical touch. Her sets are reflective, playful and textural, soaring across genres and energy levels with a queer twist – while remaining tender, minimalistic, and irresistibly groovy. Upon moving to New York City in 2023, she began co-heading RECESS, a queer, psy-forward DIY day-rave alongside her dear friend como se DJ, through which she has continued honing her musical voice and her skills as an event curator.
