Beyond it lies a night only the brave dare enter. As you enter into this haunted house, you won't just find Halloween frights around every corner, but a dance floor full of New York's most frightening monsters. This Book Club meeting is for the lovers of Halloween and horror: a rave hidden within the wall of a haunted house. We call on all visitors to embrace the dress code: only those who embrace the monster within can pass through the doors to this hidden dance floor. But remember, even in this realm of horror, our manifesto stands: 1. Come for the music. 2. Be open to unfamiliar music and sounds. 3. Respect one another. 4. Face each other instead of the DJ. 5. No phones allowed on the dance floor. 6. Dress to express yourself. 7. Dance your heart out. No weapons, real or fake, will be allowed. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. Everyone must be treated with respect—monsters included. A sticker will be placed over your phone camera, removing this sticker will result in your removal from the party. Personal cameras are allowed, as long as they can not make a phone call. Remember, Book Club Radio is an invite-only affair. This link is secret—guard it well.
