Brooklyn Sway Records sways into Detroit - Part 2!
Yo party people we had such a good time last year in tha D for Movement we decided to bring the party back for Round 2. This will be our second Brooklyn Sway Records showcase in Detroit, with a similar cast of characters and label mates as well as an honorary guest to fill out the lineup! Get ready to bust some moves on Saturday, May 25th, starting at 9pm and going late, at the same private loft space we had last year!
Our honorary guest Dana Ruh needs no introduction, and we're thrilled to have her join us for a prime-time slot at our cozy loft space.
Montreal minimal jazz master Ohm Hourani will be joining us again, as well as live band trio N/UM and Brooklyn transplant via Tel Aviv Elon! Vivian Wang, Jay Prouty, and Asha Jasz will be filing out the lineup.
We'll also be supporting and have copies for sale of our latest release BKS-05, which features tracks from Vivian Wang & DeWinter feat. Kevin Williams, David Paglia, DeWinter, Emma & Jay Prouty, and Charles Levine from Soul Clap.
Doors open at 9pm, so make sure you arrive early to secure your spot on the dancefloor!
