AS VU/ PAS PRIS présente le 19 septembre au Cirque Électrique, Paris: CINEMA STRANGE , Deadfly Ensemble & LL solo project performed by Lucas Lanthier & His Esteemed Colleagues Cinema Strange was a batcave / deathrock band from California founded in 1994. Their roots are in the traditional Gothic Rock of the 80s, with bands like the Virgin Prunes or the Sex Gang Children. In addition, the band is influenced by London After Midnight and the mournful tones of Sopor Aeternus. Their performances also incorporated film, dance, and visual art that made their shows exceptionally unique. Lucas Lanthier & His Esteemed Colleagues will perform some Cinema strange , Deadfly Ensemble and Lucas Lanthier solo project songs on this special night ✨ ND ARTHUR J REPTILIAN’S, solo post punk and experimental pop project. His project began live performances in late 2019. Stitching together loops from obscure samples on occasion and pairing them with original compositions, Arthur J attempts to breach all sources of inspiration and flip them into songs speaking of anything under the sun from personal stories and thoughts, the obsessive contemplation and hazy fever dreams.
