DJ Nyack built his reputation as a pillar of Brazil’s contemporary scene through his eclecticism as a selector and prolific output as a producer. Beyond the beatmaker’s sonic versatility and ability to leave his signature mark on genres ranging from hip-hop to house, he’s also ⅓ of Discopédia, one of the most beloved Black parties in São Paulo. On Friday, August 13, he’ll be joined on the decks by Miami-by-way-of-Spain selector and Alegria Records founder Kenny Jones for a night of curated grooves and otherworldly sounds at Over Under.
