THE DRAMA DANCING CLUB An inclusive dance class for everyone - All levels are welcomed ! >>>> Newcomers : First class is free :) Find yourself dancing ! Adapted to everybody and every body, The Drama Dancing club is a freeform and creative movement journey, held in a safe space, & facilitated by a professional teacher. In this space, body and emotional expression can take place without using words. There is no right or wrong, each element is seen as unique, with its own way of communicating and expressing itself. Led by Renato Duran, this free creative dance class is open to all dance lovers, regardless of your experience and physical limitations. Class will start at 19:30, bring comfortable clothes, a towel, relax and let yourself go ! A 1h20 class : - 15mn of warm-up & body activation - 45 min of creative dance 1 by 1 and/or in group, using lights & a great sound-system - 15mn of relaxation and group sharing > About your teacher : Renato Duran Dance teacher and performer born in Caparica, Renato has been working in the movement field for 12 years. As a teacher, he uses dance, drama and theater, with the aim of promoting mental health, intra and interpersonal communication, as well as physical well-being. Also specialist in Psychomotricity with People with Special Educational Needs (SENs), he explores non-verbal communication as a way to improve our well-being, to relate and communicate with others, in a world where the virtual increasingly distances us from touch and physical presence.
