Dubfire

Dubfire (born Ali Shirazinia) is an Iranian-American DJ, producer, and electronic music artist, renowned for his contributions to techno and house music. He initially rose to fame in the 1990s as one-half of the Grammy Award-winning duo Deep Dish, known for their progressive house sound and remixes for artists like Madonna and Dido. In the mid-2000s, Dubfire embarked on a solo career, embracing a darker, minimal techno style that quickly gained acclaim in underground electronic music circles. His solo debut album, “Sci+Tec”, and releases like “Roadkill” and “RibCage” became hits, solidifying his reputation for innovative sound design and hypnotic beats. Dubfire is recognized for his relentless touring schedule, headlining top festivals and clubs worldwide, and his Sci+Tec label, which has supported cutting-edge techno artists. His ability to bridge progressive house with minimal techno has made him a prominent figure in electronic music for over three decades.
