Flipper

The iconic and influential punk/noise/grunge band, Flipper, is back with an incredible lineup. Flipper has been a shining light in alternative music since 1979. The album, "Generic Flipper", is a modern masterpiece championed by Kurt Cobain in his day. The lineup features original member Stephen DePace on drums and Justin Pearson (The Locust, Deaf Club, and more) on lead vocals. The band is rounded out by Jon Kelly on guitar and Sean Shimmer on bass. Their performance at New York's Total Bummer Fest turned heads back in May. Fall dates include a West Coast tour with The Dead Kennedys and headline shows in the Northeast. With support from locals SAAFEWAY, DMV and GLYCINE.
