His sound is centered on crafting grooves that embody the essence and spirit of the African soul. “My mission and vision are to create a space of love, trust, humility, kindness, and connection. My sets take listeners on a journey into a world of sonic wonderland, filled with fun and love,” Floyd shares. Floyd’s curated sets move fluidly between Afro, Techno, and Disco, allowing him to explore the vast beauty and diversity of electronic music. In recent years, he has traveled the world, captivating audiences at major festivals and renowned dancefloors. With releases and remixes on iconic labels such as Innervisions and Ninja Tune, Floyd has expertly reimagined music by artists ranging from Kerri Chandler to Coldcut.
