Voigtmann lands in San Diego for a Fourth of July daytime session at 3oz Dive Club.Claus Voigtmann is an architect, designer, and DJ who built his reputation over a decade of careful, patient work. Co-founder of London's most conceptual underground party Toi.Toi.Musik, his dedication to DJing and music production earned him the respect of his peers in a remarkably short time. Reserved and restrained behind the decks, he takes pride in providing moments of ecstatic euphoria only when strictly necessary — doubling their effectiveness as a result. Releases on Hello?Repeat, Assemble Music, Toi.Toi.Musik, and his own Subsequent imprint have seen support from ZIP, Ricardo Villalobos, and Sonja Moonear. His second full-length album Life Miles arrived on Ralph Lawson's 20/20 Vision imprint. A Fabric Room 1 resident whose approach to sound carries the same architectural logic as his day job — everything placed deliberately, nothing wasted. Direct support from San Diego's own Adam Rose.
