The workshop contains the following : *We start with a short reading of what the Human Garage stands for. *We guide you to the different positions we are going to stand and move in. **We give personal advice on what your body needs .* *This movements will be done in combination with walking on the beach. *We are going to do this with headsets so everyone can hear us clearly.
