Montréal-based house music duo Jump Source make their residency debut with an all-night set in The Sound Room. As solo artists, Priori and Patrick Holland traverse the dubbier side of house and techno, with a focus on subtle textures, soft melodies, and intuited drive. zi! represents the younger generation of Montréal’s underground. Their sets draw from dub-influenced breakbeat, techno, and percussive groove. Eden Aurelius plays downstairs for the first time. The up-and-coming producer has just as tuned of ear for soft, dreamy pads, as she does for minimal, stripped-back dub house and techno. UPSTAIRS, Parisian party instigator and NTS resident Louise Chen takes it easy with soul, hip pop, disco, gospel and early house records. - Public Records aims to provide a safer space.
