Line Up: Kevin Swindells Sibson Mīrārī opens from 12PM, and the artists start at 6PM to warm up the night. Artists Bio: Kevin Swindells - Co-founder of Contrast Music, is a staple in the Manchester scene. With over a decade of DJing, his mantra is simple: "anything can sound good in the right place." From Jazz to House, he seamlessly blends genres for any setting, be it a courtyard party or a late-night dance floor. Notable appearances at Albert Hall, Band on the Wall, and residencies at Gorilla showcase his selector prowess. Festival highlights include sets at Moovin' Festival and Soundwave Croatia, sharing stages with industry heavyweights like Nightmares on Wax and DJ Spinna. Sibson - Started out slinging punk records in his early teens on the DIY circuit of Leeds, honing his craft at selector parties in London while throwing underground parties and writing for his music blog, 45turns. Now based in Portugal, Sibson runs the itinerant, immersive dance party COMANDANTE, has a monthly residency on Radio Alhara, and was the first 2024 resident at Vago Lisboa. His sets explore the sharper side of leftfield club music with flourishes of post-punk and dub electronics, laced with a flair for acid, EBM and italo sonics aimed firmly at the dancefloor.
