🌟🇺🇦 **Molotov x Somebody People: Culinary embrace of Ukrainian Tradition with Denver's finest** 🌟🇺🇦 Indulge your senses in an unforgettable evening of culinary delight. Join us for our modern take on a traditional Ukrainian Christmas Eve dinner "SVIAT VECHIR," celebrated each year on the 6th of January. Bo Porytko of Molotov (New York Times, 50 best American restaurants) and Justin Freeman (Executive chef of Somebody People) are coming together and taking over the Stay Tuned kitchen (located at 22nd and Larimer). Ukraininan Christmas Eve dinner is typically a meat and dairy free meal, naturally lending itself to a collaboration between these two chefs - both of which are well versed in embracing seasonal vegetables. With a couple of adjustments, we've made it a fully vegan offering. Tricia (owner of Somebody People) and Bo both grew up with parents who immigrated from Ukraine. For us, these winter warming holiday gatherings are steeped in nostalgia.
