Notte Prima - a new monthly at The Deep End. On the last Thursday of each month, Papa will invite a guest who represents raw sonic exploration and dedication to the craft, for ‘the night before’ the weekend. For the inaugural edition, Papa will bookend the night, with a very special guest headliner ~ Dane Deveraux ~ who has fully established a name for himself over the years in Brooklyn and beyond. Dane Deveraux ~ Hailing from Brooklyn, New York, Dane’s journey in music began as a professional contemporary dancer, embedding a natural rhythm in his life. As an elusive multi-hyphenate artist, his DJ career kicked off at Lizdas in Kaunas, Lithuania, where he swiftly became one of Lithuania’s most beloved and charismatic DJs. His talents extended to hosting as an artist liaison at various clubs and festivals across Lithuania and securing a long-standing radio residency at Radio Vilnius. From Berlin's Renate and Refuge Worldwide to secret parties in Los Angeles, he's now making waves in New York City’s nightlife. Dane Deveraux’s sets are a must-experience where you can expect a seamless blend of Chicago, Detroit and New York House & Techno, to Jersey and Baltimore Club, and the dynamic beats of the Ballroom scene. True to his Brooklyn roots, Dane spreads love, joy, sensuality, and a sense of escape through his genre-bending sets, creating an inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels at home. Papa ~ A swift up-and-comer in the Brooklyn party scene, Papa has spent the last few years building an underground reputation as a DJ who doesn’t always play often, but makes every second count with huge energy when he does. A recent Stuntzs closing set at Good Room in the Bad Room saw GR security begging the crowd to leave at 5am. Terrazza, Papa’s DIY creation, combines his love of the underground with outdoor summer party energy to bring together in-the-know Brooklyn heads for raucous backyard jams.
