Her sound blends minimal, deep, and tech house into groovy, up-tempo sets rooted in underground sounds and laced with familiar, funky and crowd-pleasing samples. Her musical journey took shape after completing her doctorate in psychology, seeking a new challenge with a lifelong love for dance music. A resident with Nü Androids and co-founder of Nü Wav, Mazlow has earned opportunities to perform across DC, New York, Philadelphia, and Richmond, alongside industry heavyweights and tastemakers such as ACRAZE, ChaseWest, Josh Baker, Joshwa, Kellie Allen, Kyle Walker, Layton Giordani, Rossi., Tini Gessler, and more. Not Yr Gf returns to Nü Wav! Emerging in the D.C. local music scene around 2021, she transitioned from an avid music fan in the crowd to a dynamic presence behind the decks. Her sets fuse elements of house, dance, disco, and nostalgic grooves, drawing early inspiration from '70s classics and diva vocals. She has supported prominent electronic acts—including Moon Boots, Flight Facilities, DJ Seinfeld, and DJ Minx—and performed at notable D.C. nightlife venues and events such as Tigres de la Noche, Vera, Culture, A.i Pop-Ups, and Flash.
