FATNOTRONIC
It ́s not a secret that Brazilians know how to party...but it ́s hardly known that Brazilians know how to disco party. In comes Fatnotronic, Brazil ́s answer to the disco edit craze with obscure Brazilian Boogie, Acid House, World Music vibes and Balearic tunes which have been praised by 2Manydjs, Fatboy Slim and Diplo, amongst many others.
Having recorded guest mixes for world-wide radios like BBC RADIO1 (Diplo & Friends), Radio Nova (Paris), Radio FG (Paris), Kiosk (Belgium), Red Light Radio (Amsterdam), East Side Radio (Lisbon)... during the pandemic, Phillipi (a.k.a. Fatnotronic) started a weekly radio show at
Veneno.Live (Sao Paulo) named “Tea With Me and Friends”. It totalized 52 episodes (1 year) gathering cool names such as Joe Goddard (Hot Chip), A-Trak (Fool’s Gold), Busy P. (Ed Banger) and OsGemeos, to name a few guests.
Performances vary from festivals such as Solidays (France), Dour Festival (Belgium), Lollapalooza (Brazil), Rock in Rio (Brazil), Transmusicales (France), Calvi on the Rocks (Corsica), Wildeburg Festival (Holland), Dekmantel (Brazil), Timewarp (Brazil), Boiler Room (Brazil), Tropico Festival (Mexico).... to gigs on the dance-disco, ‘clubs and parties’ scene all over the world. Some of his tracks have also highlighted fashion brands such as Louis Vuitton and Versace.
As a producer, his multiple stays at the DEEWEE studio (2ManyDJs / Soulwax), in Ghent resulted in the release of his solo ep, called “Amadurecimento” as well as 03 EP’s and 01 album, called “Paciencia” for one of his other musical projects; ‘Phillipi & Rodrigo’.
Apart from that, he has been releasing lots of stuff through labels like Razor-n- Tape, Partyfine, Tito Records and Toy Tonics (forthcoming). Collabs vary amongst amazing artists such as In Flagranti, Poolside, Yuksek, Boston Bun,
Joutro Mundo, Jkriv, Moullinex, Xinobi, Soulwax...
To sum it up: nine released records, many remixes for artists like Rita Lee, Kraak & Smaak...and so much more yet to come!
Support pops-up constantly, by an eclectic array as Dixon, Ame, Solomun, Prins Thomas, Norman Cook, Duke Dumont, Myd, DJ Harvey, Nightmares on wax, DJ Heidi, Breakbot, Irfane, Tim Sweeney....
So make sure you keep Fatnotronic / Phillipi on your radar; there’s always more to come. Stay Tuned!

OHXALA
Ohxala is the musical project of Maria & Luis, two musicians who originated in Porto, but whose music has origins down the Amazon, across Africa, and in folk sounds closer to their own native Portugal. In mixing these carefully curated field recordings with electronic basslines, Ohxala’s music brings ritual back into the party and collects a tribe from the crowd.
The genre of Ethno Beats has blossomed in recent times. Listeners seek to connect with the rhythms and sounds of the world’s ancestors, and dancers want to move to ancient authenticity. The Ethno Beats movement has Ohxala pulsing at its heart.
Having just released their latest EP, Pong Disco, Ohxala is flourishing creatively and has built a global following. That far-flung tribe of listeners is anticipating a debut album, whilst remixes with several acclaimed producers are in the works too.
In traveling the world and trekking into some of its more hidden corners, Ohxala is forever building its collection of field recordings with tribal musicians and sound-makers of all kinds. Maria & Luis draw up their inspiration from this inexhaustible reservoir of ancient sounds, and then electronic basslines enliven tracks where stretched leather drums once played. In live (re)performance, Ohxala's audiences dance to an alternate vision for the future built on a collective past.

OITO//OITO
OITO//OITO brings together DJs and producers Dupplo and Señor Pelota, who for the last 20 years
have been lighting up dancefloors all over their native Portugal and beyond, with their passion for
eclectic sounds as the main fuel for their sonic mission: the celebration of hedonism and liberation.
Inspired by the genesis of Acid House in the famous Summer of Love of 1988, they use the same DIY
spirit from this timeless movement to explore the collective mind of escapism and togetherness in
what we now know as Club Culture. The duo has always looked to build upon the synergies that
connect the music of yesterday with the process of creation in the current era, and how the
evolution of contemporary music pushes onwards upon the foundations set by those who came
before. In their identity there is also a traditional Portuguese heritage as inspiration, shining
through both in the music they play in their sets and in the tracks they create, which capture
brilliantly the viscerality and vitality of bygone eras, but always with a contemporary twist.
After releasing some incredible, timeless-leaning gems of originals, edits and remixes for other
artists the time has come to start their own record label, OITO//OITO Discos. Their first work ‘Raiz’
draws the musical focus towards the sound archives of Michel Giacometti, a French
ethnomusicologist who dedicated his life to studying the oral traditions of Portugal which had
become either lost or forgotten. As with their previous releases, the duo carefully manage the
source material and interweave it with their Acid undertones, with both the original cuts ‘Ceifeiras’
and ‘A Poda’ doing a beautiful job at merging the powerful vocals with driving bass lines and
rhythms. On the flip, the duo asked producers Switchdance and Terra Chã to put their spin on
‘Ceifeiras’, and the results only add to the atmosphere. Balanced, referential, blissful, dynamic. All
this, and more, feature heavily on the first edition of OITO//OITO Discos, so why not come along
and meander through time and space - it’s worth the trip...
Since their first appearance on stage in 2019, OITO//OITO have been part of big events, such as the
After Party by Vodafone Paredes de Coura ‘19, Distrikt Fundraiser (Burning Man Camp) and on the
main stage of the Jardim Sonoro Festival ’22. In the local clubbing circuit you can find them
regularly at venues such as Ferro and Plano B (Porto) but mainly at LuxFrágil (Lisboa), the most
emblematic club in Portugal. Abroad they left their mark in cities like Amsterdam and Glasgow.
Always expect OITO//OITO to showcase their energy with unpredictable and unique DJ sets.
