Opt Outside With Latinxhikers - Splash + Hike

We excited to be hosting another #optoutside event with REI this year! We're heading to Fanning Springs State Park for a little splash + hike where we will enjoy a short hike, some time to play in the water, and finish the day off with some carne asadas and conversations. To join us, please fill out the following questionnaire + register for a ticket - https://forms.gle/uiJ7qv27q7izpmhu8 Time: 12pm-4pm Location: Fanning Springs State Park (Ancestral land of the Macogo Peoples) 18020 Northwest, US-19, Fanning Springs, FL 32693 __________ Hike Details: Trail: .75 miles Difficulty: Easy Parking: covered by REI - please carpool if possible Meeting Place: Visitors Center What to bring: Comfortable, sturdy shoes lightweight, moisture-wicking clothing Reusable water bottle Snacks Sunhat Sunscreen Bug spray Day backpack bathing suit floats/kayaks/sups/water toys Accessibility: This park offers an ADA chairlift for anyone who needs assistance accessing the spring.
