Description
As usual on Sunday afternoons at Club Soda we want to invite you to enjoy good music and get charged up with good energy and a good dance to get to work on Monday with a smile on your face. For this Sandy Sunday we will have the pleasure of having in the DJ booth the guys from Family Matters, accompanied by their special guest Pablo Tarno. Dani and Carlos are two brothers from Barcelona who share, enjoy and love music with the same intensity. After several years in different projects and collectives, they decided to play together more frequently under the alias of Family Matters in order to seek the brotherhood with the dancefloor and create an atmosphere influenced by 80’s and 90’s sounds. Let’s play kids! Pablo Tarno is a D] and producer based in Barcelona and co-owner of the acclaimed record label Finest Hour Records (co-founded with Onirik), which focuses on stripped-down underground house music and aims to release his own compositions as well as those of respected artists and friends in his entourage. An enigmatic tastemaker in the electronic music landscape, his DJ sets are driven by sharp musical knowledge and eloquent skills behind the decks, while being heavily influenced by Chicago/Detroit house, disco, hip-hop, funk, soul, jazz and minimalist techno. Without compromising the quality of his craft or his musical output, throughout the years Pablo has been steadily carving his path, earning regular spots at clubs and events in the likes of Resolute in NYC, tINI & the Gang in Ibiza or Tresor in Berlin, to name a few. After his widely praised FH:05 and FH:09 releases on Finest Hour, Pablo has recently been dropping solo EP's on Ministerium Records (incl. Audio Werner Remix) and Taverna Tracks, alongside remixes on Käse Kool, La Vie En Rose and Open Recordings.
