Spritz & Sculpt

Welcome to Spritz & Sculpt! DJ 9inetyfine and yoga instructor Lindsey are collaborating for a special yoga class on X Bar's patio on Sunday 6/21 from 1-2pm. For only $15, enjoy your favorite queer beats from 9inetyfine paired with a rejuvenating and energizing Sculpt & Flow class led by Lindsey. The sculpt portion will focus on bodywieght strength training and cardio-based movements, while the flow portion will be a slow vinyasa flow designed to promote recovery, mobility, and relaxation. Please bring your own yoga mat. More details: Spritz Bust will also be available from 1-3pm. $17 gets you unlimited spritz with a variety of flavors! This is not included in your yoga ticket. And, if you're looking for a full Sunday funday experience, you can stick around for beer bust from 4-8pm, also with 9inetyfine!
