Taylor Freels’ Liquid Earth project channels a distinctly transatlantic strain of house music, blending the rhythmic edge of London and Berlin with the sun-soaked ease of his native California. Drawing from ’80s sleaze, ’90s deep house, and early ’00s wiggle, he crafts melodic, analog-driven tracks that feel both nostalgic and forward-facing. Since emerging as Liquid Earth in 2019, Freels has been praised for delivering “tech house with a twist,” pairing deep basslines and crunchy melodies with a dose of West Coast warmth. His releases on forward-thinking labels like Kalahari Oyster Cult and TerraFirm, collaborations as Dinnervisions with Tornado Wallace, and a notable remix of “Scope Zone” by Youandewan have cemented his reputation within underground circles.
Beyond the studio, Freels is a dynamic DJ capable of moving seamlessly from classic West Coast breaks to UK tech house. He has delivered standout mixes for collectives such as Honey Soundsystem and performed at revered institutions and festivals including Dimensions Festival and Panorama Bar. Previously producing as Urulu, Freels showcased an encyclopedic grasp of house music history, weaving rave nostalgia with a cosmopolitan sensibility. With Liquid Earth, he expands that vision into trippier, more cosmic terrain, positioning himself at the forefront of club music’s most heady and expansive dance floors.
Born in 1996 in Milan, Vithz has become a rising force in the city’s underground scene, cultivating a deep-rooted passion for house music from an early age, inspired by his father. After studying electronic music production at the SAE Institute, he launched his party concept UFeel in 2018, which quickly grew into one of the most vibrant and well-attended events in Milan and New York City. Alongside hosting local and international acts weekly, he also took on the role of music art director for the Isola di Mortorio fashion and music project.
His DJ sets draw heavily from the raw, driving sounds of ’90s Chicago and Detroit house, infused with electro and minimal elements. Vithz has performed across major cities including Barcelona, Berlin, Lisbon, Shanghai, and New York, appearing at iconic venues such as Fabric, H0L0, Shelter, and Silencio. Throughout his career, he has supported renowned artists including Seth Troxler, Louie Vega, Ricardo Villalobos, Tini, and Moodymann, further solidifying his presence on the international circuit.
