French-American, 27 years old. Sweely’s musical interests were drawn from his earliest days, to a broad range of musical styles including Rock , Hip hop, Jazz and World which greatly contributed to shaping his sound signature.
Sweely spends much of his time exploring every musical instrument which pops into his hands, with a special taste for percussion, guitars and keyboards.
Sweely is often described as one of the most creative and eclectic French producers of the new generation, effortlessly navigating between house and electro, as demonstrated by his releases on Distant Hawaii, Lobster Theremin and Concrete Music to name a few.
His deep, energizing live performances earned him residency at the infamous - now closed - Concrete club in Paris.
You will always find him dancing behind his MPC and other gear, crafting rolling, captivating music transmitting his energy to unify the crowd toward an elegant and groovy mood.
Inspired by dance music's mythic eras and places — from The Loft to the Amnesia Terrace and Anjuna Beach, and today's Panorama Bar — Paramida mixes music that blends across genres and eras. Beyond just paying homage to the past, her label Love On The Rocks brings outsider dance culture into the present. Her global performances at clubs and festivals across Europe, Asia, Australia, the US, and Latin America have formed the backbone of Love On The Rocks.
Paramida's style is playful yet sincere, spanning proto-house to trance, percussive gold to high-energy techno, Italian dream house, and new beat. A resident of Panorama Bar, she's a confident and provocative artist breaking musical rules. Her passion for obscure, incredible music has led to bookings at renowned clubs, including a residency at Berghain's Panorama Bar.
In 2020, she released her debut EP Dream Ritual, followed by Moonrise VII. She connected with Shaytoon Records for "Konbanwa (Ibiza Mix)" and remixed Hercules & The Love Affair. Paramida's passion extends beyond DJing and producing; she promotes music and its history, including a BBC Radio 1 residency and a Vogue feature on the Iranian Revolution. She also runs the label Love On The Rocks, which brings the old-school sounds of outsider dance culture into the modern era.
Devoted to nightlife's euphoria, Paramida is a true dance music character, a resident, and a DJ worth hearing.
