Feb 17 is the first day of the Lunar New Year celebrated across the Eastern hemisphere and by the Asian diaspora. The year of the fire horse carries strong yang energy, symbolizing vitality, transformation, and forward momentum. We’ll move through a grounding and energizing yoga class, and then celebrate the Lunar New Year with snacks after class.
