Techno Yoga 7/10

Techno Yoga is a unique fusion of breathwork, yoga, conscious movement and dancing with Berlin minimal techno - designed to awaken your energy flow, quiet the mind, and open-up your heart. Guided by powerful and a carefully curated sound journey, you’ll move through a practice that cultivates flow, presence, and deep connection within, inviting you to fully inhabit your body while letting the music guide your experience. Led by Kate Zubok, an international dj, music producer, free diver and yogi, who combined her 3 passions in one immersive practice. The session takes place every Wednesday at Teja House | a third space for the mischievous and curious, right on the riverside. Neither home nor work, but a place intentionally created for connection, creativity, and community. Before or after the session, you’re welcome to stay and enjoy our contemporary Mediterranean-inspired kitchen, where seasonal ingredients and diverse culinary traditions come together in a vibrant brunch menu.
