They will guide you through a selection of their newest wines, starting with the vibrant Populis Rosé, moving through an exquisite array of varietals including the Lolonis Chardonnay, the complex Reversee blend, and the intriguing macerated Chardonnay. The tasting culminates with the rich Wabi Sabi Red Blend and a distinctive Sweet Vermouth crafted from late harvest Zinfandel, enhanced with magical herbs and barks. Throughout the evening, the winemakers will share insights and anecdotes, perhaps with a touch of humor, about their innovative winemaking process and the vineyards' stories.
