HATHA YOGA A 60-minute Hatha yoga practice intended to support our reconnection to our true essence, flowing into union of the body, mind and soul. True pranayamas (breathwork), asanas (postures), mudras (gestures) and meditations that will merge all our various layers into one cohesive self and help us reach our fullest potential. TANIA PRADO Tania Prado is a Brazilian teacher whose journey into yoga was initiated at the age of 16. Her passion for both body and mind connection led her to diving deep into this practice, through various Yoga Teacher Trainings in Kundalini, Hatha & Raja Yoga, later doing her thesis on the bridge between Neuroscience and Yoga. She also amplified her studies to Face Yoga techniques and Gokul Yoga. Tania believes Yoga to be a tool for self-regulation of the body, mind and soul and teaches her students to apply these philosophies to real life.
