Bloom w/ Mr. Murray (Ladies On Wax)

We’re thrilled to welcome New York-based selector Mr. Murray to our next Bloom event series! 🌸 Carole, known as Mr. Murray, has roots in New York and Berlin. Inspired by car rides with her father, she began her music journey in 2011, attending DubSpot and launching the Outwatch event series in Brooklyn. After moving to Berlin in 2017, she performed at renowned venues like Hoppetosse and ://About Blank, and co-founded Sobremesa. Now back in Brooklyn, she spins vinyl exclusively, with residencies at Mansions, Bossa Nova Civic Club, Saynomore, and Danger Danger. Mr. Murray’s sets are a dynamic mix of her diverse, globally curated record collection. She has played on The Lot Radio and The Mudd Show, and her performances have taken her to Kyiv, Brazil, Ecuador, Nicaragua, France, Berlin, Montreal, and throughout the US. As the founder of Ladies On Wax, FTF Records, and Outwatch, she champions female-identifying artists passionate about DJing records. Joining us for this event, we have Bib Gourmand Banshee-based chef Ben Lee, who will curate amazing pizzas via his Bastardo concept. Locally, we have rising talent and favorite Player1, close friend and talented selector Brendy, along with Bloom residents Benjamin & Titino in support. As always, we’ll have our hand-tuned all-analog rig with the Altec A6 VOTT system. Come join us in the Garden alleyway for this open-air experience at 420 Edgewood Ave. 🎧🍕
