Discos Baratos - Gui Scott, PHP e mais na Funilaria13! Discos Baratos é uma parceria entre Gui Scott e Pino Henrique Pedra. Ambos bem conhecidos como co-fundadores de ilustres coletivos musicais - Gop Tun em São Paulo e DOMply no Rio de Janeiro respectivamente - que têm a música no centro de suas identidades e fizeram a alegria de muitos bailarinos entre a Ponte Aérea Rio-São Paulo: e cada um deles imbuído do tipo de sensibilidade complementar que pode transformar as narrativas peculiares de cada um em algo fascinante como um todo. "Baratos" em português pode tanto ser algo de preço baixo quanto aquilo que dá prazer; uma sensação de curtição, portanto um adjetivo que descreve bem a pesquisa musical dos dois. O projeto tem por objetivo trazer um pouco do que é o garimpo de discos e CDs da dupla em suas viagens ao redor do Brasil e do mundo. Produtos de banal existência, muitos deles por algum motivo esquecidos no tempo, e com um incrível potencial quando retirados da poeira e trazidos para o deleite dos ouvidos e corpos mais curiosos. Discos Baratos is a partnership between Gui Scott and Pino Henrique Pedra. Both of them well reputed as co-founders in illustrious party collectives that have music at the core of their identities and made the joy of many dancers between the “ponte aérea Rio-São Paulo”: Gop Tun in São Paulo and DOMply in Rio de Janeiro respectively, and each of them imbued with the type of complementary sensibility that can turn these peculiar narratives on their own into something enthralling as a whole. "Baratos" in Portuguese could be as much a low price as it is a pleasure; a feeling of enjoyment, therefore an adjective that may well describe our musical research. The project aims to bring a few of what is this duo’s records and CDs digging on their trips around Brazil and the world. Products with a banal existence, many of them for some reason forgotten in time and with an incredible potential when removed from the dust and brought to the delight of the most curious ears and bodies.
