In the studio and on stage, the immediacy of uncompromising machine music collides with the unpredictability of improvisation to create an ever-shifting, forward-pushing energetic force. Their rap sheet of past achievements is long and winding, taking in monolithic festivals and intense basements alike – every different strand of Awakenings, Fabric in London, Fabrik in Madrid, Crssd in San Diego, Fuse in Brussels, Sub Club in Glasgow, Kompass in Ghent, Possession (with Boiler Room) in Paris. They’ve completed tours across the Americas, in Asia, Australia and through every pulsing pocket of party energy in Europe.  And it’s as a live act 999999999 have truly carved out their reputation, presenting a hardware-only set with the impact and intensity to set alight the world’s largest techno events. The secret to the success of the 999999999 project lies in its force of personality. The influence of Latin/Afro beats and Miami Bass are obvious with his blend of percussion-heavy tracks combined with rump-shaking dance-floor hits. In an effort to break away from the city's dominant club & VIP culture, he and his best friends joined forces in curating ANNEX: a collective focused on providing a platform to Miami-based talent in a proper warehouse setting free of ego, large price tags, and discrimination. Most weekends he can be found behind the decks at underground haven, The Boombox, or on the dancefloor of a rave near you. Backgrounded from Colombia. Style began as trance uplifting and fast paced. Shortly after finding a new love for the music a darker side was discovered, where he now ventures into a hard techno, industrial, hardcore, and an acid developed curated sound. In 2014 the legion of @technoloft was born. Since then much support has flourished upon his music. Couple new releases are set to be out soon. Played locally in known clubs such as Space Miami, Treehouse, Domicile, Mansion, and many underground warehouses for various collectives. ARO started his DJ journey in El Paso, Texas 11 years ago. All over Texas from San Antonio to Austin to back home, all the way to Denver, Colorado he curated his sounds to what you hear today. Featured on local radio stations and online podcasts including ministry of sound in the UK, ARO made his name through his tech house sound. Just recently about a year and a half ago he entered the LA and San Diego scene for the first time, and from their on it was full speed. ARO started producing his original beats and releasing them as an independent artist. He originated the name "ACID bass club", and started introducing a mix of acid house with disco tech vibes in his mixing. As he started coming up in the underground he found the LA scene where he curated his techno sounds and showed his creative touch to hard techno, acid techno and industrial techno. He now resides and produces music in Tampa, FL playing his roots in tech house, disco tech & acid bass during the day with the sunshine of the beach and at night, his hard techno.
