Description

Fala Nocturna, a Lisbon-based music label, emerged from the desire to create a neutral space focused on sensory experiences. With the freedom to evolve and a curiosity to deviate from the norm, Fala Nocturna seeks to captivate those searching for something unique. In our quest to become a significant vehicle for creativity and discovery, we’ve partnered with the space and people behind Miradouro de Baixo to host our first physical event. Set on the rooftop of Carpintarias de São Lázaro, this venue offers a stunning view over Lisbon, providing the perfect backdrop to enjoy the sunset while dancing to a curated selection of unexplored musical genres. As we celebrate our first year of existence, marked by one release and nine podcast episodes, we find it fitting to record our 10th podcast at this event. The evening will begin with a warm-up set by our label head, Philipp de Castro, setting the stage for our guests: Lizatron is behind Invisible Sounds, a DJ/promoter/record label formed in London in 2012 and now based in Lisbon. She constantly defies the boundaries of what is considered danceable, driven by an obsession with music that is infused with the personality and humanity of those behind it. A Dj and a producer, XCI, searches in the past and present for the music of tomorrow, without prejudice, ethnicity or pre determined genres for the simple purpose of opening the doors of discovery. We can't wait to see you there! Até já!
