Freiya invites Michael James & Chklte to 24KS, Liverpool

Our first year as a brand has been an exciting one; bringing some of our most loved artists in the music scene to our treasured home of Liverpool. To celebrate our first birthday it seemed only right to head back to the famous space and fan favourite that is 24 Kitchen Street. This New Years day will be a musical journey designed to kick the year off in style guided by special guests Michael James and Chklte along side our Freiya residents Tatler and b.rad. Michael James has made himself a staple figure in the music scene releasing his groovy house driven productions on a wide variety of established labels including Fuse, Infuse, Constant Groove, OGE, Rowle and Hoarder. He's played some exceptional sets in world famous venues like S.A.S.H in Sydney, After Caposile in Venice, DC-10 in Ibiza and a regular on many Fuse line ups around the UK. He always brings a great vibe and a brimming record bag; we can't wait to see what he has in store for us this New Years Day. Chklte is an American born artists who has quickly become a staple in the European underground scene playing the likes of UNUM festival, ADE and the Swiss nightclub Supermarket. He brings a unique stlye of production with heavy influence from samples and hip hop that really gives his sound a very unique edge. The floor will be warmed by our inhouse regular and Freiya founder, Tatler. Who always knows how to bring a fresh sound to his jazz influenced warm up sets designed to carefully prepare the floor for the night ahead and this one is extra special with the introduction of our next Freiya artist, b.rad. He has been working tirelessly behind the scene perfecting his productions and growing his record bag meaning this is a historic warm up set that's not to be missed. Tickets are expected to sell out.
