The Giegling label has been responsible for a constant output of forward-thinking music, spanning the wide range of electronic music and legendary all-night affairs popping up all over the globe with a label aesthetic and ethos that defies most of today’s cookie-cutter offerings. What started out as a small club in Weimar, Germany is more than just a party and a label. The Giegling collective treasures catching special moments through all kinds of methods: film, photography, painting, cooking, installations, performing, physical mediums and enjoying life. From massive, legendary events at Amsterdam Dance Event to off-the beaten path excursions in Puerto Escondido, and most recently, a 6+ hour takeover at Maayan Warrior in Burning Man for a beautiful sunrise, people travel far and wide to hear great music at these events and experience Giegling’s fresh breath of energy. While many Giegling showcases take place in DIY-style warehouses, we have chosen our home base, Flash, as the ideal setting to experience this evening. Presented is a rare performance by Mountain People (be sure to listen to their latest mix from Waking Life Festival in Portugal), the mysterious Ghostbusters (who were asked to play DC10 Circoloco Ibiza this Summer), a LiVE performance by Laefar Legov, as well as sets from Kieran and Konstantin. We will be utilizing all the floors and stages of the venue to present an appropriate musical journey so expect multiple sets from each artist to kick off Fall 2022. Some special Giegling moments can be heard through a live recording of Mountain People’s set from just a few weeks ago at Waking Life Festival, which just happens to be co-curated by Giegling.
