HIGH NOTE & SUNDAY SESSIONS w/ SÚYA

End your week on a HIGH NOTE with Space Kadett & friends at Tábuas Beach Bar in Ericeira. For this one, we partnered up with the Dim Sum collective from Lisbon to bring you a full afternoon of activities! We begin at 1 PM with a Qi Gong class by Le Toke - cultivating Qi (chi) by coordinating posture, movement and breath. A plant-based lunch will be served afterwards and we get to break bread while connecting. Then... a nice break on the beach 🏝️ We'll return with a gentle breathwork practice, and dive into our sound journey session: 1.5 hr of laying down listening to music and the waves. Bambu will share his ethereal frequency selections, field recordings and other organic elements. *bring warm cloths 😊 After that, HIGH NOTE is taking over the stage with a talk on the exciting future Web3 holds for music. After that, it's time to get groovy with the beats from Súya who has prepared a nice Sunday set to dance the weekend away and end your week on a HIGH NOTE! The first part is €30 for the Qi Gong, lunch, breath work, & 1,5 hour sound journey. When you join later, we ask for a €5,- contribution for the music. See you there!
