Keri has been passionately teaching Pilates for 15 years. She is the founder of one of Toronto's leading Pilates/Movement Studios' , Muse Movement, which she runs from Lisbon which is her home now. In Lisboa you can find her fun and popular classes on the schedule at The Kynd Space. Keri's goal is to help people unplug from their life and tune into their body. She aims to help empower people through movement and make Pilates something that is accessible to all .
