PILATES SESSION ON A ROOFTOP WITH A SEA VIEW

The pilates class will be a full body class with exercises from classical and modern pilates and barre, accompanied by immersing beats. We will start with a brief breathing moment and go straight to the warm-up, exercises standing up, and exercises on the mat. My teaching style is creative, technical, and empowering.
