Quee(r)n Moustache: We Are Family For many, winter time means family gatherings. And for many of us, that makes us question what family means to each of us. And for us at QM, family means the people you look for in your darkest hour, and those who show up then. Family is the sparkle of light that shines bright in the deep obscurity. Family is you and us. We believe in the power of love, the power of the dancefloor, the power of house music: we are family, getting together in one space, sharing an escapade, under a disco ball. We enter 2025 with a wish for unity, peace and joy. We kick off the season right where we left things at: Higher Ground, our family headquarters. For our first party of the year, we have a solid line up that we truly adore: Lucas Bicudo, behind 1/4 Club, co-organizer of Delirio (this crazy cruise party on the Tejo), from Arroz Estudio to Gala Cricri, from disco do Brasil to proper pumping house. Lucas' ability to drive a crowd with his grooves and big cute smile leaves no doubts. Groove Armanda, is an absolute figure of fun fun fun nights. She's opened for Toy Tonics and played at the bar in Lux Fragil. Groove Armanda has everything it takes to fire up your soul and burn your sneaker soles. AZM, returning from Saudi playing for this massive festival, MDLBEAST. His recipe is quite simple yet extremely powerful: a pinch of groovy, a pinch of rhythm and blues, some sexy vocals and a big fat bassline. Kemetic, loyal to themself, inspired by the cosmic blend of kitsch, nostalgia and solid Hi-NRG, here to serve you fellow ravers. Our Queens Mary Poppers and Tandy 3000 will be joined in their twirls special guest Vini Ga Room. Needless to say, we missed you... so much.
