Química returns to Village Underground for its 45th edition — Brazillian powerhouses Mílian Dolla and Analauriz will join residents João Melgueira and Vitor Domingos at the Lambda Labs-equipped venue. Mílian Dolla is a Brazilian DJ and artist whose music career spans over a decade. Her sound is shaped by a diverse range of influences, from iconic regional Brazilian artists to 80s international hits, 2000s rap and hip-hop, and electronic music of all kinds. Mílian has gained recognition in the underground scene of Brazil and has worked as a DJ for Pablo Vittar, Mc Tha, and Urias. Her DJ sets aim to create a sentimental and intimate atmosphere that connects with the audience, with a focus on warm, charismatic, and danceable mixes that blend multiple genres and Latin rhythms. Since relocating to Portugal in 2022, Mílian has worked on an artistic residency at Musicbox Lisboa and performed DJ sets at various venues in the capital. She recently performed live, presenting pieces that will be part of her first signed release, "Dama da Noite," which combines music with visuals and performance. The release promises to showcase Mílian's diverse musical influences and unique creative vision. In addition to her residency work, Mílian has also been making waves in the Portuguese music scene with her recent performance at the Pré Karnaval event by Blocu and Viemos do Egyto, where she opened for MC Carol. Analauriz started her music journey in 2017 at Sorocaba, a city in the state of São Paulo, Brazil, organizing parties for the LGBT community at local night clubs. The DJ has arrived in the Portuguese capital in 2022, and has since played venues such as Musicbox, Núcleo A70, antu, among others. Her selection varies between Brazilian hits, R&B / Soul, Latina, Pop, and Funk. Her purpose is to bring brazilian LGBT music to the forefront, and her set is a delightful mixture that summons the spirit of Brazil.
