Sankofa: An Afro House Experience

Sankofa returns with our July edition of our Afro House experience Sankofa was born from the desire to give a further space of expression and build a community that supports the Afro, Organic & Deep house/tech genres and their nuances.  This night is dedicated to digging into the deeper and soulful sounds of house throughout the diaspora. This Friday we'll be showcasing our lineup of local DJs: Ajamu, Wizdum, Mink & Cuedra As well as providing an upgraded audio experience that'll surely have you feeling the music.  Sankofa welcomes all to an expressive environment free of judgement. NO forms of harassment or discrimination will be tolerated. Expressive dress is favored but not required. Dancing highly suggested, This is a party for the dancer in you! **During the SANKOFA party, there will be henna and live body art.
