A native, a place that still holds his heart yet sought to persecute him for his very deep devotion to music and artistry, Shan’s drawn to the sounds of the East, a signature mark embedded in his art. Since leaving Tehran, a city that embraced his sounds in its deep underground, Shan has found himself in L.A. via Istanbul, where he further developed his musical skills. Aside from his monthly residency, Shan continues to cast his musical spells across the world through his long-format sets, while continuing to add to his collection of remixes and productions. SHAN NASH is the founder of LUT Project, a collective of like-minded artists specializing in downtempo/organic house music incorporating Middle Eastern sounds and melodies.
