Sunday Soirée: Closing Party

On Sunday January 12th Sunday Soiree will take the decks at TBA for its final dance. Sunday Soiree was born at a pivotal moment in our local scene, and a rare opportunity presented itself to partner on this new industry night concept. It has grown alongside our community and our space and local selectors, and shared many memories along the way. The Soirée brand and curation have been the passion of Derrik Muñoz for the last 6 years, no small feat in NYC and we are thrilled to have been a part of the magic, working together to curate some legendary nights in our humble home away from home. We saw the event through a pandemic, and seated dining every Sunday for 20 folks whilst international artists popped in to pay homage in exchange for our pizza and the special vibe Derrik creates. He considers this space and everyone in it to be family, and we see that come through as he works the room tending to the artists and guests to ensure they feel at home too. We are sad to see our weekly gathering come to an end but cherish the memories and wish Derrik well in his next chapter. Lets blow the roof off one last time and show some love!
