She started her mindful transformation through a group of friends who inspired her to find the best version of herself by looking inward and investing in her physical and mental health. After 2 years of practicing yoga regularly, she decided to start her teacher training with Mimi Ghandour and graduated as an RYT in December 2021. Shortly she began to offer private and community classes and started managing Yoga Events here at The Creative Yard. In February 2022, Jessica took her Advanced Professional Teacher Training with Paul Tolliuszis to deepen her practice and continue paving her path as an instructor. In May 2022, Jeka completed a Healing Words Course where she got certified to lead guided meditations. You can find jeka yoga every Wednesday at 7 pm, where we share our breath, energy, and yoga with a beautiful community.
