The spirit and sensuality of his sound have gained him acclaimed recognition. Floyd is one of the creators of RISE, an African-inspired event & record label based in Berlin , holding monthly events at Watergate Club and showcases across Europe and Africa. RISE has had major impact on the European electronic scene its no wonder headliners acts like Black Coffee , Henrik Schwarz , Culoe De Song , Djeff Afrozilla , Osunladeare regular guests. Floyd has had the pleasure of presenting his unique talent at some of the world premier events around the world like Glastonbury Festival Uk ,Berghain and Watergate Berlin , Djoon in Paris , Greece , Italy , USA , and shows in Nigeria , Angola , Mozambique , to leading South African festival like Rocking the Daises in Cape Town to Oppiekoppie Festival. In 2021 sees Floyd launch his new imprint Afrikan Tales focusing on pushing fresh new Afro future sounds. Emanuel Satie, is a man on a mission. Following a stellar breakthrough year in 2016 with a #1 and #2 on Beatport, winning the „Best Producer Award“ at the Ibiza DJ Awards and several tracks in the Resident Advisor most charted tracks lists, he’s been on the march ever since. Notably his 2018 “Don’t Forget To Go Home“ summer anthem was unquestionably one of the tracks of the Ibiza season and beyond, played all summer by the likes of Sven Väth, Pete Tong and DJ Koze. A collaboration with Pete Tong and releases on Sven Väth’s Cocoon Recordings and Damian Lazarus’ Crosstown Rebels followed the years after, which again got heavy DJ support all summer long by Sven Väth, Dixon, Âme, Patrice Baumel, &ME and many more. Following that Sven would welcome him into the Cocoon family in a more concrete way by signing him to 'Cocoon Artists'. 2022 was one of the busiest years to date with Emanuel touring the whole world and founding his own label Scenarios together with Maga, Yulia Niko, Tim Engelhardt and Sean Doron, which is growing faster than expected, landing several tracks in the Beatport charts and with support by all major players in the scene. On the event side, the Scenarios showcases have found great success already in Los Angeles, Ibiza, at Burning Man, Tel Aviv, Lisbon and soon London, New York, Costa Rica, Bali and many more. Early 2023 will see Emanuel releasing remixes for A-Trak & Lee Foss, Luciano & Michel Cleis, more music on Scenarios, the launch of his own imprint Solaris and later in the year EPs with some of the major labels in the scene. As a DJ he’s just as impressive, his sets are known to be journeys that engage, entertain and push the envelope in equal measure. Having played some of the world’s most respected clubs and festivals including Amnesia, Space, Fabric, Pacha, Watergate, D-Edge and more is testament to that.
