A night of music, dance and good energy with the Afro dance community. 👨🏽‍🏫 WORKSHOP TEACHERS Danny Castro – Dancehall @dannydcastro Danny D’Castro began dancing Dancehall in 2016 and has since built a strong foundation in Jamaican dance culture. After travelling to Jamaica in 2019 to train with pioneers such as Orville Xpressionz, Boysie Roses and Ovamarz, he developed a teaching approach combining technical training with cultural context. His class focuses on foundations, understanding movement and the cultural roots of Dancehall. Nelson Mario – Amapiano @nelsonmario2 Amapiano is a fascinating and electrifying style known for its rhythm, synchronized steps and expressive energy. In Nelson’s class participants will experience the power and groove of Amapiano movement, building endurance, rhythm and curiosity for the style. Barro – Jazzé @barro_dancer Renowned dancer and choreographer from Gabon, Barro is a key figure in the urban dance scene and a member of Team Maudiaaa and Voogga Crew. Creator of Afro Jazzé Dance, his style blends hip-hop energy with traditional Gabonese rhythms. His work has been presented on international stages including La Nuit Africaine at Stade de France and collaborations with Louis Vuitton. His classes focus on musicality, technique and expression, creating a joyful and powerful dance experience.
