Amsterdam Techno Sessions W/ Sonico (Techsound) Colombia

Amsterdam Techno Sessions is a weekly Techno event, held every Thursday, in Amsterdam. Local and international artists are invited to showcase their work and personal definitions of Techno every week. This Thursday, 05th of September 2024, we are back to @clubjohndoe for another special event. For this one, we invited Sonico, the Colombian head honcho of the Techsound label, to headline the night. Seeing himself as a musical activist, DJ-Producer Sonico, aka Sonicore, one of the most legendary artists in Latin America, has been a big part of positioning the Colombian scene right where it is today. This "national icon", as was tagged by The Advent himself, has been exporting electronic culture from Colombia to the world since 1995 contributing to the growth not only of the techno scene in his country but also of hard techno, acid, industrial, hardcore and several rave expressions.
