TICKETS NOT NEEDED, it's a free open-air party at Metro Belleville. Pamela and Club Belleville join forces for a major open-air block party. This block party is free and open for all. Rue de Belleville closes for the weekend, making way for a large-scale stage and sound system, and an international lineup of 30+ artists close to our hearts.
