The Night
Black Groove brings its signature blend of deep house, club, and Afro-electronic sound to House of Yes for a night built around movement — sonic and geographic. This lineup traces a single lineage of Black music across many cities, countries, and continents : New York, Detroit, West Africa, Brazil, and more each carrying its own dialect of house and club music back to the same root.

The Collective
Black Groove is a Brooklyn-born collective bridging New York, Alabama, the Caribbean, Africa,Brazil , and other places of the Diaspora through sound. Deep house, club, and Afro-electronic music — played with intention. Since forming, the collective has built a following across Brooklyn’s underground rooms , earning a reputation for sets that move a room without losing the groove’s roots.
