TOTAL COST: ~$23.50 / ea (based on 800 attendees) Talent (DJs + Show): $6.38 Production Staff: $4.56 Venue Rental: $3.39 Ring Rental + Set Design: $2.50 Photographer / Videographer: $1.25 Marketing + Poster: $1.91 Event Visuals (projector): $0.50 Insurance: $0.50 Moving + Transportation Expenses: $0.30 Service Fees: 13.5% of a ticket (if you purchase a $30 ticket, BOOF gets about $27) 21+
