À propos
For the past three months, Mike Servito has taken CARGO on a ride, steering our Class 9 Carrier series with raw instinct and complete command of the room. Each night has been its own universe, no rules, no boundaries, just Servito shaping the space exactly as he felt it. Now he steps in for the final chapter, closing out his three-month run with the same jacking intensity that’s driven his series from the start. CARGO: 12AM-3AM: MIKE SERVITO Some DJs burst upon the scene like a supernova, fading just as quickly. Others take years, even decades, to make their way and those are the ones who leave a mark. Mike Servito is one of them. A Detroit native shaped by the Electrifying Mojo, the Wizard, and the city’s deep musical lineage, he spent the early ’90s learning by doing, internalizing lessons from Mike Huckaby, Claude Young, and the Motor City crews who defined the era. What emerged was a style all his own: jacking, acidic, kinetic, and rooted in the past while fully alive in the present. After relocating to New York in the late 2000s, Servito found his home at The Bunker, becoming one of its defining voices. A riotous, sweat-soaked after-hours set at 2014’s No Way Back, recorded and later named Resident Advisor’s Mix of the Year, ignited his global rise, leading to regular appearances at Panorama Bar, XOYO, Contact Tokyo, and festivals around the world. Through it all, his approach remains beautifully unpretentious: he trusts his instinct, dives in, and lets the room follow. Servito isn’t a flash in the pan, he’s a lifer, a master of tension and release, and one of the most respected selectors in the game. CARGO: 10PM-12AM: Love Letters It feels only right that Love Letters delivers the first dispatch of the night. A both/and romantic of NYC, he blends Midwestern acid jack with deep, sensual undercurrents crafting sonic letters to the communities who hold space on the dance floor and the people who laid the foundation. His catalog pushes classic house, acid, and left-field sounds into sharp new shapes, with releases on The Bunker NY, Interdimensional Transmissions, Allergy Season, Fabric Records, Mister Saturday Night, and his own label, .FREQLINK. Consider this the perfect opening correspondence before Servito seals the night. FOYER: 9PM-2AM: EXTRA MEESH + diedforthis The Foyer stays in trusted hands as Extra Meesh and diedforthis take the room on a journey built around groove, warmth, and deep musical curiosity. A New York–based DJ known for emotionally charged, genre-fluid sets, diedforthis blends house, funk, soul, and experimental textures into narratives that feel intimate and expansive at once. Alongside him, Extra Meesh brings the heat of Kingston roots and the precision of a lifelong house devotee. Raised in Jamaica and shaped by early Chicago and Detroit acid, UK funky, and garage, he cut his teeth through crucial Rochester residencies before moving to NYC, where he co-founded the storied Extra Water crew. For the past seven years, he’s been a steady force across Brooklyn and beyond, threading together classic influences with modern movement. Together, they turn the Foyer into a space of pulse and pure connection. Venue opens at 5PM | Happy Hour 5–8PM | Music at 9PM
