DA CAPO is a moment to slow down, listen deeply, and appreciate the people, stories, and processes that shape a masterpiece. On August 29th we are extremely honoured and excited to host Ghanaian-Burkinabé singer-songwriter- RIA BOSS at our Studio Ria Boss is a Ghanaian-Burkinabé singer-songwriter celebrated for her soulful blend of neo-soul, jazz, and R&B. Raised in Ghana, she honed her musical talents in New York City before returning to Accra. Her debut live album, "REMEMBER" (2022), recorded with The Musical Lunatics, received critical acclaim and was named the top R&B album of 2022 by Native Magazine. She has recently released The Waiting Room, a new 3 track EP. Beyond music, Ria is a visual artist, radio host, and community architect in her hometown of Accra Ghana co-founding Ria Boss Open Mic and acting as Creative lead and programs facilitator for Black Girls Glow.
